It's time to work it out

Gospel Aerobics and more is a personalized fitness program involving cardio strengthening as well as flexibility training. Every member that enrolls into the program is treated and trained with his/her individuals needs in mind.

As with any weight loss exercise program every member is encourage to see a physician and get a complete physical before beginning the program. We keep a personal profile on every member to record his/her progress throughout the program. 

The Staff of Gospel Aerobics & more certified aerobic, kickboxing and personal trainers. They are also certified in the special needs population (seniors and children). All staff members hold current CPR and first aid certifications.

Whether your preference of music be gospel, jazz,oldies or pop Gospel Aerobics & more can fill your needs.

Gospel Aerobic Strength and Stamina class, we will delve deep into building the fittest body you can. The class aims to not only shape you up, but also instruct and inform you in the right methods to do weightlifting and working out.

Personal Trainers

Learn how to maintain a comfortable and healthy posture, with our comprehensive class that goes through the most popular Yoga and Pilates postures. These postures are gears to make your body more flexibile and agile.
